Description
AI Chat via Text is a text-message chat service. You sign up with your phone number, ZIP code, and wireless carrier, then text our dedicated number to chat with an AI assistant. We receive messages at that number and never send SMS from it. Replies are delivered as texts through your carrier’s email-to-SMS gateway and may appear from a different sender.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. Standard rates from your carrier apply to messages you send and replies you receive. The service does not charge a separate fee; check with your carrier for details.
Message frequency
You receive replies only in response to messages you send (plus a one-time welcome text after signup). There is no recurring or promotional messaging. Message frequency is determined by how often you choose to text.

Opt-out instructions
You can stop receiving messages at any time.
- STOP — Text STOP to our number to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation. After that, you will not receive further replies until you sign up again.
- HELP — Text HELP for a short message with usage instructions.
You may also simply stop texting the number.
Acceptable use
Use the service for personal, non-commercial chat. Do not use it to send spam, abuse the system, or violate any applicable laws or carrier terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
